These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by BuildCVs through https://buildcvs.com ("Service"). By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.
1. The Service
We provide the services provided through this website. You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach this Agreement.
3. Fees & Billing (Free Service)
The Service is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with advance notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not: misuse or overload the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service (to the extent permitted by law), upload harmful code, or use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design and content, is owned by BuildCVs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as offered. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
6. Availability & Support
The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. Support is available at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
7. Service Changes
We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. If a change materially reduces functionality of a paid plan, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund of prepaid, unused fees.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildCVs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this Agreement, non-payment, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain.
